2. Register to the service, specifying your Skype user as preferred way of receiving your calls.
3. "Add a contact" on your Skype Contacts, of user "IsraelNumber15".
4. When someone calls your local number, you will receive an incoming call from Skype user "Israelnumber15".
5. Fix cost, no per-minute charges for forwarding of calls to your Skype users.
