Direct Inward System Access - A feature of our PBX which allows an outside caller to dial directly
into the telephone system and access the system's features. A Customer would typically use this feature for making long distance
calls from his mobile/home/office phones, utilizing IsraelNumber's less expensive long-distance calls cost.
For security reasons, we can provide this service based on the caller phone number (CLID); or, using a password and allow unanimous user usage.

A callback is a method of making low-cost international calls via a third country. In order to use a callback service,
Israelnumber will allocated you a unique number in, for example, the US, which must first be dialled. The dialer will receive a busy tone,
hangs up and awaits the callback. On receiving the call back, usually within a few seconds, the customer picks up the phone and dials the
required number.
The cost of making a telephone call via callback consists of two parts: the cost of call between the Callback number and his location, and the
cost of call between the Callback number and the caller's destination.
Note, the service can be provided only where Caller ID is available.

Interactive Voice Response - A computerized system that allows the caller,
to select an option from a voice menu and navigate through a tree-like structure of options.
Generally the system plays pre-recorded voice prompts to which the caller presses a number on a telephone keypad
to select the option chosen.

Hunt Group / Ring All options

We provide you with two ways to define the incoming calls ringing-pattern on the extensions, and group of extensions:
Hunt Group - A service that allows several lines to be tied together. A single number is generally dialed
by all callers. If that line is busy, we will "roll-over" the call to another line in the same defined group.
Ring All - A service that allows you to define groups of extensions as one.
An incoming call will ring on all of the group's members phones simultaneity, until one answers.

A service feature that allows the customer to forward their incoming-calls to another VoIP extension, phone number, Skype or Voice mailbox.

Each of our account is provided with an on-line web portal. The web portal contain (among other things) a comprehensive set of billing reports
and cost of calls charged to your account. The reports contain and can be sorted according to any of the following parameters:
Date of call, Source, Called Number, Destination, Card Used, cost of call and more.
The reports further contain analyzing tools showing ALOC (Average length of call), ASR (Average Success Rate), FAIL (number of calls failed),
ROF (Rate Of Fail) and more.
