Terms of service » Service is given in accordance with the applicable Israeli telco licensing. » In any event, customer is liable to pay for the calls which he made according to I.T.C IP Technologies Ltd records. If there are any differences between I.T.C IP Technologies Ltd's records, and other party call records, I.T.C IP Technologies Ltd's records will be the one to apply. » It is the customer's responsibility to safe guards his account settings for his needs only. It is the customer's responsibility to inform I.T.C IP Technologies Ltd in case his account was used un-properly and needed to be disconnected. Customer will pay and be responsible for all account's expenses until disconnection time by I.T.C IP Technologies Ltd. » I.T.C IP Technologies Ltd keeps the right to modify the numbers assigned to customer by advance notification. » All prices are shown in US$ or Israeli NIS and do not include Israeli VAT where applicable. » Minimum US$ exchange rate to NIS is 4NIS=1US$ » The service does not comply with USA e911 regulations and should not be relayed upon for emergency services. » In some cases the service might not be available to prefix 972.1XX (Israel special services). » The right to use a number does not imply any ownership rights or others, on this number, given to the customer by I.T.C IP Technologies Ltd. All rights in numbers are being held by I.T.C IP Technologies Ltd and are not passed to the customer and not implied as such. » Using the service requires a suitable internet connection. » Duration of service: Duration of service agreement is 30 days, with automatic renewal, unless notified otherwise by customer. » Cancelling of service: Cancelling of service by customer at any time, by sending an email. The email must contain the user's name and phone number to be cancelled and sent to admin@IsraelNumber.com. In order to prevent fraud, the email's return address mush match the one I.T.C IP Technologies Ltd has on file for this user. The service and its charges will stop in end of the following month from time given. Please request us to confirm receiving your cancellation request. » I.T.C IP Technologies Ltd reserve the right to modify this Term Of Service agreement. Modifications will apply to new and current customers as well. » I.T.C IP Technologies Ltd reserve the right to modify its prices upon its sole discretion. Notice of price changes will be given 30 days in advance. » I.T.C IP Technologies Ltd, its employees, or anybody of its interest will not be liable for any damages and/or losses and/or incurred costs, including direct damages and/or in-direct damages and/or accumulated damages and/or loss of information, that will be caused to the customer and/or someone on his behalf in connection of receiving and/or not receiving the described services. » A 10$ cancellation fee will be charged to your account, if cancelled within first 30 days from sign date. The cancellation fee will be charged, only as long as the account provided to you function properly. » I.T.C IP Technologies Ltd's maximum liability to the customer or his beneficiary will be equal to the amount actually paid by the customer to I.T.C IP Technologies Ltd. » This Agreement shall be construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel. All disputes settled by final and binding court decision in Tel Aviv, Israel. » Shipping when needed, will be done insured and registered unless specified differently. » All offers are valid while supply last. |
